My boyfriend and I bought my mom a small crockpot and an arrangement of flowers. We took them down to her this morning. We then went out to a brunch close by. It was a very nice morning for her and we both enjoyed her company. There was a parade and a rodeo going on in Sonora, CA where we live but Mom didn't want to go to either one. So, we just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. You had a nice breakfast. You deserved to be spoiled. Good for you. Thank you for the awesome giveaway. I am glad to be able to have the chance to win.

I spent the day with my husband at the hospital. He is recovering from a stem cell transplant. Both of my out of state children called and wished me a happy Mother's Day. crystalbluern at onlineok dot com

I had lunch with my MIL and the rest of my husband's family. Except my husband, who was out of town. We actually started our mother's day celebration last Sunday when our son was in town for a couple days. He lives 900 miles away and doesn't get here often, so we even had some extended family come by to visit and have dinner.

My son, daughter, my husband, and I went out to eat. It is very rare that it is just the 4 of us. I love my grandkids, but it was sort of nice to go eat with just us. I can't even remember the last time that happened.
Thanks for the chance to win.

Our family went out to eat and then went to a local park. My granddaughter and I had lots of fun swinging as her dad pushed her and hubby pushed me. ☺ So glad you had a wonderful Mother's Day, too. Your breakfast sounds divine! Thanks a bunch for the chance to win the awesome tea towel kit!

I talked to my mother and oldest son on the phone. I didn't do much because I broke my knee in a car accident 2 weeks ago and can't get around. My hubby and youngest son cooked me a wonderful meal...steaks on the grill, potatoes, and vegies. I enjoyed a very nice glass of wine and watched my favorite TV show...Game of Thrones.

I made a yummy dinner for myself and my caboose boy (8th out of 8!) and fielded calls from my other 7 kiddos and my traveling-man husband. Then Last Boy and I went to my mom's assisted living facility and brought her a card and pictures and chocolate. Perfect Day.

Mother's Day was pretty quiet. Hubby was at church until late in the afternoon (he's the Pastor) so my daughter and I just ordered pizza. The rest of my kids are at least 100 miles away and I'll probably see them next weekend.

I entertained my son and his girlfriend to lunch, assisted by my husband. They left soon after lunch as my son was playing football in the afternoon. I don't think he played long as it was pouring with rain. Just the weather for me to spend the afternoon at my sewing machine.

My two daughters came to visit me- one from Atlanta, one from Savannah... my Atlanta daughter brought my grandson with her. He is two and a real charmer (he can hear, but his babysitter's daughter is deaf, so she taught him sign language and he signs "PLEASE" "THANK YOU" AND "SORRY" it is so cute. Not so cute is that he gets your cell phone and TAKES SELFIES OF HIMSELF BEING NAUGHTY!!!! As soon as he hears "The Bear Went over the Mountain" he is happy and dancing again! He steals my heart! Best (Grand)Mother's Day ever!
