Fabric Frenzy Friday #28

Happy Friday! It has been a busy week! I sent my little girl off to first grade this week! Her brother, sister, and I are definitely trying to get used to her not being home all day!  Next week I will be sending my little guy off to preschool, and I will only have my baby home! I am not sure what I'm going to do with myself having only one child at home a few days a week!

We had a fun week of tutorials on the blog! Sunday, I shared this fun Art Caddy Tutorial: HERE

I also shared this quick and easy chapstick cozy tutorial! HERE!

Now let's get to this week's Friday Bundle Batch:

Chapstick Cozy Tutorial

Hi there! Do you love quick sewing projects?  If so, this is a great project for you!

If you know me, then you know I have an unhealthy addiction to chapstick.  I always have chapstick in my pocket--no matter what! I also keep some handy in my purse, and also on my nightstand.  So when I saw these chapstick cozies, I knew I had to make one!

This is a super quick project! I think it took me 15 minutes at the most to whip this up (and that included taking pictures as I went).   These would make great gifts because they are so easy and really affordable.

So let's get started!

Art Caddy Tutorial

Hi there! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! It was our last weekend before school starts! I can't believe it's already that time again.  To celebrate school starting, I thought I would share this fun tutorial with you.

I made this sweet caddy for my niece for Christmas, and I will definitely be making more for my kids.  It was relatively easy to put together, and I know my kids are going to love them!

Reversible Apron Tutorial

Hi there! Today I have a fun little pattern to share with you all! A few weeks ago, my sister-in-law asked me if I could make a few things for her little girl for Christmas.  One of those items was an apron.

Well I got to work and found this cute little apron pattern here.  I thought it was so adorable, but I wanted to change it up a little bit.  Plus my sister-in-law requested a larger pocket.

I made my own pattern because I needed the apron to be a bit smaller since it will be for a two year old,  I also added prairie points on the edge of the apron to add a little extra embellishment!

Avie, my little girl was my apron model for me.  She is just about 9 months older than her cousin, so they are pretty close to the same size so she was the perfect little model for me. :)

This apron is reversible so you can have two different fabrics for each side.  Or you could keep it the same on both sides. It's up to you!

10 Skirt Tutorials

Hi there!  Ever since I stepped out of my comfort zone and sewed a bag, I have felt like it's time that I broaden my horizons even further! I want to start making skirts and dresses for my girls.  I have always shied away from making clothing because I just thought that it would be way too complicated.

So my new goal is to sew a skirt or dress.  I thought it would be a good idea to round-up a bunch of skirt and dress tutorials that I think I could handle!  Here are 10 of my favorite!
