Here are snapshots of Susan S.'s creation for her granddaughter (lucky girl!).....this gorgeous quilt was made with Makower's MERMAIDS fabric. I love how she incorporated the panel, as well as using the large stripe for the borders! It's now been quilted...using pastel variegated thread, with shapes of sea shells, sand dollars, star fish, etc.
