I like to start in September - shop the sales. I like to start crafting and sewing in July though!
December 26th!!!
I am always on the lookout for great gifts
Love Christmas and thanks for a great opportunity

I usually start in October, earlier if I see something that would be perfect for someone on my list!
tstanulis@verizon.net
I begin shopping for the next year the day after Christmas. Christmas quilting goes on all year.
With 28 grandchildren I shop all year round. If I see something that calls their name the day after Christmas I will pick it up!
I would like to think I will start this month but realistically it will be September.
If you call making a Christmas Tree runner starting my shopping then I have started. Any Mall shopping I usually start about the first of November.
I start my Christmas shopping around December 20. Not very smart, I know. I always have good intentions on starting early, but have rarely managed yet.
I start around the time they say order by this date to receive by Christmas. So bad I know.
very nice of you.....thank you! I usually start by Sept 1st. this year I have already startd
I don't like to admit it, but I don't start until November.
Generally the day after, I don't do toys until the last minute to make sure the newest is released...if I do toys at all for the Grans
Every year I say I am going to start early. Every year I wait til late Nov. :-)
Right after Halloween!
I think I generally start during the Hallmark ornament premier because my daughter collects Mickey Mouse ornaments and I buy them for her stocking.
Lindsey I have already started making things for nieces and granddaughter. Since my kids are grown they usually want pricier things so I wait until black friday
I usually start the end of November or first part of December. I even do some of my sewing last minute. I start out with good intentions but well, you know, stuff happens.
I have no set time to start shopping, but it usually never until closer to Christmas. If I have to order things for the grandkids, I do try to get those ordered in plenty of time for Christmas.
I make a few things so I'm already working on those.
OK, I start my Christmas MAKING in July, so I need to start this week. EEEk, not knowing what I'm making yet for my sons.
I usually start in the beginning of December.
I must say I shop whenever I have extra cash in my budget, Sometimes that is March or April, no heating or AC bills.
I start when I see the first perfect gift. I see ideas for making gifts all year round. Thanks for the giveaway.
How fun! Thanks for a wonderful giveaway. I usually start making a few gifts (quilting) at the start of Jan. I have all my Christmas ready and wrapped by Oct.

I start Christmas shopping in January when all of the sales are happening. Thanks!
Please click on the delaineelliott above for my email link.
I start the day after Christmas and shop all year long picking up little things here and their. conn_and_vans_momatyahoodotcom
I start mine on black Friday, the sales are huge. Thanks for the giveaway.
I TRY to start early, but I don't usually think seriously about it until Thanksgiving. Thanks for the chance to win this cute fabric.
Around the 24th of December!
At sales in end of december ;)

I usually start shopping about two weeks before Christmas.
If it's for fabric then all year long......;o) if it's for gifts then November....thanks for the giveaway love it.....
Even though I tell myself every year I'm going to start early (September or October), it usually ends up starting after Thanksgiving.
I usually get started late...sometimes too late!
I never stop Christmas shopping. I find things on sale and put them away all year long. Only way to shop and save. ;P
Thanks for the giveaway

As early as possible. Although it has happened that sometime in summer I saw the perfet gift on sale for a family member, bought it, stash it and come christmas time could not remember where I stored it! Ended up buying a second gift in December!
So, I like to stash gifts, but have to remember very well where I keep them!
I'm always shopping for Christmas. It takes the stress away from the season for me.
I'm always on the lookout but mostly I give checks so I don't really stress til Thanksgiving. Love all things Santa. Thanks.
I start Oct. 6 (my mom's birthday is 10/5 so I wait to see what's checked off her list) and I'm done by December 1. Then I can enjoy the last minute sewing. ;)
I'm a procrastinator... don't usually start until November at the earliest.
FWFS posting for Candace A. - I start my Christmas Shopping in January.
Thanks for the giveaway, Lindsey. I start my Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving.
I start my Christmas shopping in the spring or summer when I start seeing things on sale.
I shop all year round and hope to find some fun and interesting gifts.
I usually start mine about now! I take vacation ops urging July 4 week and when that's over, I realize that it really isn't that long until Christmas! As a matter of fact, I am already thinking about the gifts I need to start making!
I used to start in October before I had kids but it gets pushed to December lately. Hopefully I can get a head start this year.
The first of December. slmne5@Yahoo.com. Linda Symank
I shop all year long.
I keep my eyes open for gifts all year long. But then I hide them and sometimes hide them too well and have to buy or make again.
Shopping begins when I spy something I know is a great gift.. I've already got a small pile growing in the closet and plans for LOTS of home made projects that I've already started to work on!
I'm kind of a last minute gal, and get stuff the last week, but I do buy a few toys when I find them on sale for the kids.
I have been known to start my Christmas shopping the week after Christmas! If there's something great on clearance I'll get it and put it in my little stash. I add to the stash all year long and then I don't have to fight the crowds come the end of the year.
I start my Christmas shopping as soon as I find something that suits someone on my list.

Usually the first of December. :-). I tend to procrastinate.
I'm a procrastinator too. I don't start until after Thanksgiving.
I have already started. My grandbabies were all born between Oct & Jan. My kids Dec & Feb. Dec baby is Christmas Eve baby.
right after the last Christmas - I am always on the look out for treasures that fit someone
I want to start earlier but it's always the same every year. December! I always want to get my Xmas cards out first. I do photo cards. It's hard to get the family together for current pictures. Then I have to order them. That takes another week. By now it's usually the 10th of December. Ugh!! Maybe this is the year I can do everything sooner, or at least I will try!

Actual Christmas shopping, I do in November. And that's for 13 grandchildren and 1 great. But sewing for Christmas, I start in June.
Sewing for Christmas I start about September and shopping about October.
I pick things up all year if I see something special. For instance, I have a friend named Robin who collects Robin-themed items, so I am always on the lookout for those. And I sew little projects, like pot holders, as I have time. So I guess it's Christmas all year long at my house, lol. :)
Any time I see something suitable for a present during the year valerie.boudier@ntlworld.com
Anytime during the year when there is a really good sale on something I'll pick it up for a gift for someone on my Christmas list. And sometimes if a really great sale, I'll even grab a second one. SCORE for me now. LOL
I don't have a big Christmas gift list. I usually make lots of Christmas cookies as gifts for our neighbors and friends and we go door-to-door delivering them in our Santa hats in mid-December. All our family members are adults and live in other states, so we tend to send them gift certificates. IF I shop for something specific, I usually start 1 to 2 months ahead of the occasion.
I try to hunt for Christmas all year long and catch bargains. This year probably some handmade items to offset my bargains. Thanks for the giveaway!

Love to start Christmas in July! Thanks for the giveaway!

I have just bought my first gift this past weekend. I usually start right after Christmas for ideas.
Normally I do most if it in October/November and am done before thanksgiving.
Every year, I want to be finished before Thanksgiving, but somehow that has never happened. I haven't bought anything yet, but I do have some ideas. ☺ Thanks a bunch for the chance to win your giveaway!

I usually start in December, but I start my Christmas "making" the end of October, and buy things for those I haven't had a chance to make anything for. sarah@forrussia.org
Shop for Christmas usually just days before. Thank you for the chance to win. :)
I look for handmade ideas all year long. Just made my first big Christmas purchase today at the hallmark store , 34 ornaments
I always say I am going to start at the 1st of the year, but never happens. :) Usually start the 1st of December.
craftyccain@gmail.com
I usually start in the fall but this year I started in June.
A day before!!!
Early December, but every once in a while I start in November. If I'm lucky!
Actually I started fall 2013 for Christmas 2014.
I purchased some wonderful Christmas makes for last year and never got them out of their sacks. So maybe I''ll get some done for this year!
August, I like to be finished before Thanksgiving!
