Farm Girl Vintage

Hi there! I have been having so much fun with Lori Holt's (Bee in My Bonnet) new book "Farm Girl Vintage".  Lori's book is bursting at the seams with projects! She has 48 different blocks to make her the sampler quilt on the front of the book!  My friends and I are stitching up these blocks every Wednesday night! We are having so much fun!

Here are a couple of my blocks so far.  I am making the 6" blocks.  They are sooo tiny! Seriously, I am dying from the cuteness of these blocks!

The first thing I made from Lori's book was the Strawberry Block! I knew I needed to make a fun little quilt for my kitchen and that block would be perfect!  So I made the runner using 12" blocks!  I had my friends from The Stitching Room quilt it for me, and I couldn't be happier with the cuteness of this runner!

Nettie (my mom) has been busy as well with this awesome book! She made this charming mini quilt from Farm Girl Vintage and it is just darling!  This Silo Barn is darling, you can pick any of the blocks from the book and put it into your barn! How fun is that?!

I love this book! It has so many different projects! There is really something for everyone in the book! My favorite part is that each block has measurements for the 6" block or a 12" block! So it really is very convenient! :)

You can stop by the shop to purchase Farm Girl Vintage!

Talk to you soon,

Those are looking great! Definitely a vintage feel to them. I haven't even been able to start yet, and I fear it will be a while before I can. And my book is just sitting there, staring at me all sad like.
