Mug Rug Swap Show and Tell!

Hi swap friends!  I hope you all have enjoyed participating in the Spring Mug Rug Swap! I have had  a lot of fun being the hostess, and have enjoyed seeing everyones pictures on Instagram (#fwfsmugrugswap) and also the one's that have emailed me! :) You are all so talented!

I sent out emails to those of you that I have not heard from! Please let me know if you've received your mug rug! If you sent your mug rug late, please shoot me an email so I can let your partner know! I know we have some international friends, so some of you may get yours a little later.

Please add your pictures OF THE MUR RUG YOU RECEIVED to the link up! You do not have to have a blog to add a link up or a URL! Just upload the picture!  *The link up will be open until April 1.

Here is a little tutorial on how to add a picture (if you don't have a blog or don't know how) You can also upload from Instagram if you would like! :)

Mug Rug Swap {Update}

Hi there! I just wanted to update everyone on the Mug Rug Swap.  The swap was closed on Saturday. We have a full swap, with almost 50 people! :)  Holy cow! I am thrilled we have so many participating!  So thank you, thank you for everyone that signed up!

I have sent out emails to everyone with their Mug Rug Swap partner information.  

***If you have not received an email from me, please email me and let me know, so I can get your partner information to you ASAP!  lindsey@fortworthfabricstudio.com

Someone asked me if they have the same person that has them.  The answer is no, whoever has you is a surprise! :) 

Please mail out your mug rugs by March 2.  You are more than welcome to mail them out as soon as you'd like! But PLEASE have them mailed by the deadline! 

*Please email me letting me know when you get your mug rug, so I can check you off my list.  I want to make sure everyone receives their mug rugs.  lindsey@fortworthfabricstudio.com

Mug Rug Swap!

Hi there!  I am really excited about today's post! I have wanted to do a swap for a really long time!  I have only ever done one swap and it was over a year ago.  I really enjoyed it and would love to do it again! So I thought we would host one here at the Fort Worth Fabric Studio Blog.  I figured I should start out small, so I thought it would be fun to do a Mug Rug Swap! 

First off, what is a mug rug?

A mug rug is a simple mini quilt that is usually larger than a coaster, but smaller than a placemat.

You can also find lots of ideas on Pinterest! Just search for "Mug Rugs"

Here is how it works:

• To participate you will need to fill out the form below (no one will see your information, but me)
• You will be required to make a spring mug rug for your partner and mail to them by the required date.
• Sign ups are open until February 1, 2015
• I will email you, your partner's mailing information on February 6, 2015
• Mail out your mug rug by March 2, 2015
• Show and Tell Linky Party from March 11-25th
• There are limited spots available! 
• Please do not sign up if you don't think you can get your mug rug out by the required date.
