I rarely make the same quilt pattern. Life is too short--want to try something new each time. There are a large number of quick patterns available that I choose.

I love pinwheels too or anything using half square triangles. I recently made a chevron quilt with hat blocks. I don't get tired of them.

I'm new to quilting, but pinwheels *are* fun.

Each quilt I've made to date has been different, but there's one block I don't tire of - the bento box block.

I have decided pinwheels are about as fast as you can go, and the bigger they are the faster the quilt top goes together. :D Thank you for a chanc eto win this bundle of beautiful fabric. :D

Right now my go to pattern is a jelly roll race, with the addition of applique to personalize it. It makes a great quilt at lap size and can be personalized for so many different people or occasions.

I just roll out my leftover pieces already cut into squares and sew them up! Simple yet satisfying.

nine patch. you cant go wrong with it and since all of my quilts are hand pieced and hand quilted and donated, sometimes i have to finish one in a hurry. babscorbitt@gmail.com
