Hi there! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend!! I got some sewing time in this weekend and can't wait to show you what I have been working on. :)
I have been waiting to show you guys these darling tea towels I've made for a while now! I used the Moda Toweling, which I absolutely love and really can't get enough of! These little lovelies are a fast and easy project, that would make a perfect gift!

I had a blast making these towels, and the best part is that they are easy and quick! I literally whipped one of these up in a half an hour! You really can't beat that! :)
Since Christmas is right around the corner, we have these cute Christmas towel kits available for purchase at the shop!
Click here to see our current Tea Towel Kits! |
This Christmas Tea Towel Kit, is very traditional and the fabrics are gorgeous! There is some metallic gold in there, which really sets these towels apart and make them really elegant!
These towels feature Wilmington's popular Christmas 1930's fabric! These just say vintage, and would be a perfect gift for someone who loves 1930's prints!
We also have some everyday towel kits! This first one is made using Moda's new line Fancy by Lily Ashbury. These towels almost remind of fiesta ware! They are so bright and cheery!
These lovely coral and brown towels are my absolute favorite! These were made using Fig Tree's Somerset line and they are so fabulous! These would be perfect at your Thanksgiving table!
Talk to you soon!

I would just love to have the joy of making them :). They would be on show for awhile before I could possibly use them.

I would definitely keep one to use and share one with a friend. They are simply too cute not to share! Thanks for such a great project! stafford.sherry@gmail.com
I think I would use them to decorate my kitchen! So it would be "for show" only. Like another poster, I may consider a second set to use, because I'm worth "pretty things" to make chores more bearable! Thanks for the chance to win!
I would probably give them as a gift to someone, they are very sweet. Thank you for the chance to win. :D
Probably for "show" but they would make a perfect gift.
I love these Tea Towels! So cute!!! What wonderful gifts for lots of occasions! I would love to win the kit. Thanks for the free download! I would probably use one I made for myself to decorate during a party, but I might just use it! Ya never know! midwayfarmshughes.net

Show only.....crazy huh?
Subscriber! 😀😀😀
I don't have a place for "show" towels so they would definitely be getting used, we just hang ours on the kitchen refrigerator door :)
For show, of course! These colors would go great in my kitchen.
I would put them out, and my husband and I wouldn't use them, but our 25 year old sons would. Didn't their mother teach them better?

For show definitely! 💚

Ooh, if they actually work really well, then I'd use them! I'd much rather usable pretty towels!
I would probably use them for show at first, then start using them. I'd need the newness to wear off just a little. Thanks for the giveaway!

Tea towels are my go to gift to make! I use linen so this toweling would be awesome to try. I would have it for show for a bit and then use it. When it gets worn out or tucked up i would be ready to make another with some different fabric :). Your pattern is cute and I am going to use it for the next towel i make. Thanks for sharing!!!!

I think they would be one display when I have guests and used when they were there but kept nice and clean :)
Those towels are so pretty that I would only use them for show. Thanks!
They would definitely be for show only! I love them. Thanks for the chance to win.

These would be for what my kids always call "looker towels " :) thanks!
Life is too pretty for some day. I would use them.
I get your newsletter. Thanks!
I'd definitely use and enjoy them, because I could remake them if necessary. My best friend's mom kept her wedding gift towels put away and never used them because they were "too nice" to use and she didn't want them to be ruined. Several years later there was a fire in their home and the towels were destroyed. No one ever got to enjoy the hand-embroidered towels, and the woman who embroidered them never saw her gift used and loved. How sad. -- soparkaveataoldotcom

I'm one of those people that saves things and never gets to enjoy them.... I'm changing my ways and I would use these lovely towels. They are beautiful and thanks so much for the giveaway....and for the pattern!
And I receive your newsletter!
For show. They look to nice to use. Thanks for the chance to win the giveaway.
I would use them eventually. I've decided that I don't need to have things that I don't use. The towels are really cute and would make great gifts.
I get your newsletter.
They are really beautiful and it would be tempting to use them for show. But pretty much anything in my kitchen eventually gets used to wipe up a mess, so I'm sure they'd get used whether I wanted them to or not. :)
I am already a subscriber. :)
They are very pretty, would be hard to use them. I'd put them out for show or to line a bread basket for a while, then use them for drying. Love them!
And I'm a subscriber.
My instinct would be to use these beauties for show only. However, my practical side would eventually use them for their intended purpose. Thanks. svonfumetti at yahoo dot com
They're far too pretty to use!!!

I would use them for show, but my DH would find a way to use them! ;-)

I would use these for show, and forbid the DH to touch them - before he gets spaghetti or barbeque sauce on them! Thanks for the pattern and the give away!

I would probably not use them at first, but then one day I would grab one to mop up a spill and they would be used daily after that. They are so cute. Thanks for the free pattern.

Heck no! I'd put these babies up nice and high..I don't want grubby fingers soiling my gems!! ;) FOR SHOW!
lol
I think I would like to pretend that they would be only for show - but I know they would get used at my house! Beautiful design!
I would use them, but I don't think I'd use the pretty fabric on them, just leave them plain. Tea towels don't last long in my house, so I'd keep the other fabric for something that would last.

My sister made me some cross stitch tea towels that I used for show for a long time. Finally I decided they should be used and they have been but now they are stained and not for fancy any more. I feel good about using them but I'd like to have them all pristine and wonderful for visitors too. Its truly a toss up. Thanks.
I'd use them. If they're that easy, you an make more when they begin to look ragged or stained.
They're just too, too pretty to use in my kitchen with my messy habits. Tomato sauce would ruin them. Thanks for the giveaway!
I would make these for my daughter and she would definitely use them!
I already receive the newsletter. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Definately for show only.

Well, I'd put one out over the oven handle for show. My husband would not get that and would use it!
For show at first... After awhile I may work up the courage to use them! Although, they would be a lovely addition to a wedding present... I do have several weddings this summer!
Definitely for show only!! My DH would have them destroyed in about 5 seconds...LOL!!

I think make a set for show only and then another to be used.
These would be for show only. Very nice choice of fabrics. Thanks for the chance.
i'd use them, even though they are pretty, i think the towelling would be good quality and work well to dry dishes, besides if i used them i'd get to make more. lol
I would keep for dress and in about a week, end up using because I've spilt something! :) I am new follower via bloglovin' and signed up for newsletter!
So stinkin' cute!! I would definitely use them, and probably make a few for hostess gifts. I am inspired to try making prairie points for the first time.
