Mystery Project Three {Lucky Table Runner}
Hi there! I am here to share my final green Mystery Project. This last project is as simple as it gets! I decided on a simple table runner. I love easy projects like this table runner, it takes no time at all and it's great for those leftover scraps!
I embellished mine with some fun shamrocks, but you could leave those off if you prefer. Or you could add more and scatter them about your runner! This is where you take your creativity and run with it!
I quilted this with a simple meandering pattern. I didn't go over my shamrocks, because I stitched those down before with a simple straight stitch, but everything else I meandered. I also did a scrappy binding and my mom was kind enough to bind it by hand for me. :)
Finished Size: 12" x 33" |
Alright, get out the remaining of your Mystery Bundle and let's get started!

Mystery Project 2 {Criss Cross Pillow}
Hi there! Time for our second Mystery Project! Yay! I am having so much fun with this! Today's project is a pillow. However, if you don't want to make this into a pillow, you could make several of these blocks I'm going to show you and make a table runner, topper, or even a quilt.
Since I am a pillow lover, and I can't ever have enough. I went with a pillow! I am calling it the Criss-Cross Pillow
The great thing about this pillow, is it really doesn't have to be for St. Patrick's Day. I will be using this through the year along with all my other holiday pillows! :) I stuck with just using one of my green prints in the Mystery Bundle (I used a separate print for the backing) because I wanted it to be simple, and with all the cutting and seams, I decided to go with a print that easily hides your seams. I am happy with the result, and I can't wait to add this beauty to my pillow spot!
Alright, let's get started shall we?

Ruffle Tea Towels {Free Pattern}
Hi there! I have something extra cute to share with you guys today! I love sewing things for my kitchen. If you were to walk into my kitchen right now, you would see a quilt, lots of homemade tea towels, quilted placemats, pot-holders, homemade curtains, and some fun fabric garlands! I spend a lot of time in my kitchen, and so why not decorate it with beautiful things?
A couple of weeks ago, I knew I wanted to make some new tea towels for my ladder shelf in my kitchen. My kitchen has kind of an eclectic feel. I love collecting vintage kitchen things, but I also have lots of new things in there as well. So when I was deciding on how I should make my new towels, I wanted to add the fun vintage feel of ric rac and of course some cute ruffles to kind of tie into all my kitchen decor.
So here they are:
If you love Pam Kitty's fabrics, and you love ruffles, you will love these towels! These towels are made with the lovely Pam Kitty Garden fabrics. I seriously swoon over these every single time I see these fabrics. These fun prints, fit perfectly in my kitchen and I will hang them up as soon as I take my Valentine's towels down! They just scream spring, and I really can't wait to hang them up!
These didn't take long to whip up! I actually timed myself when I made them, and they took about 1/2 hour each. These would make excellent gifts for family, friends, or neighbors. I will definitely be making more of these to keep on hand for last minute gifts!

Mystery Project #1 {St. Patty's Day Pinwheels}
Hi there! It's here! Our first Mystery Project! I am super excited about this fun series! :) I hope you enjoy the three projects I am going to share with you throughout our first Mystery Project series!
If you are new around here, then you need to know that I have an obsession with pinwheels. I really love them. They seem to find a place in a lot of my quilts. :)
So when I was playing around with quilt designs not too long ago, I knew I wanted to make a mini quilt with these fun pinwheels! So the first Mystery Project I am sharing today is this fun St. Patty's Day Pinwheel mini quilt.

I had a lot of fun making this little quilt. The blocks come together easily, and since there are only nine of them, it didn't take too long to stitch them all up! The great thing about this fun mini quilt, is that you could use this as a cute table topper in your kitchen, or you can hang it on the wall or from a cute shelf, and it would look so cute and festive! I haven't decided where I am going to put mine yet, but I am thinking it will be going on my quilt shelf in my kitchen. :) I will have to take a picture when I put it up for St. Patrick's Day. :)

Chatter Cheater Quilt {Free Pattern}
Hi all, it's Holly from the home office again, here to share a quick and easy quilt using the new Adorn-it Rhapsody Bop fabrics.
This quilt came together quickly because I used the cheater panel for the main body of the quilt top. The best part about this panel is it really makes the quilt look more intricate than it is. Using the panel cuts down on sewing time, without sacrificing design.
For the backing, I used the popular Chatter fabric. I used a large stipple pattern for the quilting, but you could alternatively stitch around each square, giving a patchwork effect.
The quilt is baby size, about 36x44.
You can download the complete instructions here.
We havequilt kits available here (sold out) which includes binding and backing fabric! Or if you are short on time, we have the sample available for purchase here.
